Jenny (she, her) is a two time Wildcat with a MA in Higher Education and a PhD in Higher Education, both from the University of Arizona. As a first-gen college student, Jenny was the first in her family to receive a bachelor's degree (from the University of New Mexico). Jenny mostly answers your texts and emails at night and on the weekends.

Hannah (she, her) is a first gen college graduate with a bachelor's degree from Colorado State University and a master's degree from Western Illinois University. She loves eating local in Tucson and exploring all of Tucson's hidden gems. Feel free to say hi if you see her at the BASC SOS helpdesk.

Judith is a Tucson native and a two-time Wildcat with a bachelor's in education Leadership, Literacy and Learning, and a masters in Education Policy from the University of Arizona. She is a first-generation college graduate and is also the Head Attack Coach for the University of Arizona Women's Rugby team. Stop by her office located 1^st floor of BASC room 182.

Serena (she, her) was raised in Sedona, Arizona. She is currently a Sophomore at the University of Arizona and is majoring in Sociology. As a Student Success Ambassador with SOS, she can be found at the help desks in BASC or the Bear Down Building.

Austin (he/him) is a Tucson native and second-generation Wildcat. He is majoring in Nutritional Sciences and Public Health. 

Agustin (he/him) is a freshman at the University of Arizona, majoring in Neuroscience and minoring in Spanish and Psychology. He was born and raised in Sedona Arizona. He loves racecars, loud music, and meeting new people so definitely show some love and say hi at the help desks in BASC or the Bear Down Building.

Kanita Olson is a junior studying Physiology and Medical Sciences with a minor in Health and Human Values through the Franke Honors College. She is from Sedona, Arizona and loves cooking, her dogs, and the outdoors! You can find her at the SOS desk in BASC and BDB if you have any questions!
